REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy - the basics 

  • Eligibility for Returns
    To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

    • It must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

    • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Items such as custom products, sale items, or gift cards are non-returnable and are excluded from this policy.

  • Initiating a Return
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@zyntra.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

  • Return Shipping Costs
    Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

  • Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original item and place a new order. We’ll process your return and refund once we receive the item.

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the product, and provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost, depending on your preference.

  • Non-Refundable Items
    Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Sale or discounted items

    • Gift cards

  • Order Cancellation
    Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, the standard return process will apply.

  • Refunds for Non-Deliveries or Lost Packages
    If your order is lost or delayed in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the courier and provide a solution, either by reshipping the order or issuing a refund if the item cannot be delivered.
