    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has shipped.

    • Domestic (India): Typically delivered within 3-7 business days.

    • International: Delivery times can vary between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping service chosen.

Zyntra is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages
    Zyntra is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in providing the necessary information to help resolve the issue.
